Our Service Policies
We value every client’s business and the time of our team. Our policies help us offer the highest level of service, showing respect to both our current and future patients and our staff.
By booking your appointment, you agree to these policies. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us make everyone’s experience even better.
All clients must have a valid credit card, even if they are purchasing a pre-paid voucher or a financed package.
We require a valid credit card to be on file at all times and will collect a non-refundable $100 deposit for all services without a pre-purchased treatment package or pre-paid voucher. Any service equalling less than $100 will require a $50 deposit.
Your deposit secures the space and protects each technician’s calendar time. When multiple services are booked, multiple deposits may be necessary. A selection of our services require up to a $500 deposit or full payment 24 hours in advance. All deposits are non-refundable and valid for 365 days.
Any declined credit card will result in the loss of the full service scheduled.
Any appointment that is canceled within 48 hours will result in the loss of your deposit. We can bank your deposit to reschedule an appointment.
No-show appointments will result in a full charge for the service scheduled.
If the appointment is rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment time, the amount paid will be credited for future services.
For a pre-paid package, late cancelation fees go as follows:
- 15 minutes – $50
- 30-59 minutes – $100
- 60+ minutes – $200
If a client has 3 no-shows or late cancellations, they must prepay in full for future services when booking an appointment. The prepaid amount is non-refundable if the no-show/cancellation policy is violated.
Arriving late to your appointment will deprive you of valuable time allotted for your scheduled treatment. We will do our best to accommodate you under any circumstance. However, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you arrive more than 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time. This will result in a charge per our cancellation policy.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstance.
Aesthetic results vary from person to person, and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for additional treatments needed and recommended home care must be followed to achieve desired results.
Gift Certificate purchases and deposits are nonrefundable. Deposits are valid for 365 days and can be used for all services and products.
Please be completely ready to move forward when booking your service with us. If you’re unsure, book a consultation first. Last-minute cancellations do not allow us time to fill those gaps and affect each of our valued staff members.
A valid credit card on file will still be required if a pre-paid package or gift certificate is being used.
We all love babies and children. However, to provide the highest quality of safety and service, we ask that you please make childcare arrangements to allow for your full treatment time. Children will not be allowed to sit in our waiting room.
We appreciate your understanding.
Although we love puppies and other animals, we ask that you please leave your pet at home. We will not allow pets other than documented service animals to enter our medical facility during your treatment.
