Our Service Policies

We value every client’s business and the time of our team. Our policies help us offer the highest level of service, showing respect to both our current and future patients and our staff. 

By booking your appointment, you agree to these policies. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us make everyone’s experience even better.

Boulevard uses pre-authorization to validate credit cards entered at the time of online booking. Our payment processor sends over a request to the issuing bank for either a $0 or a $1 authorization (AMEX) to verify that the card is issued and the bank allows it to be authorized. Regardless of whether or not the authorization is declined, we reverse our authorization request immediately. However, even if the bank declines the authorization, some people may still see an authorization for $1 on their credit card statement. The important thing to remember is that this is not a charge, and it disappears from your statement; depending on the bank, it is removed from their statement in anywhere from a few minutes to a few weeks.

We completely understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours before your appointment. No shows and cancellations made within less than 48 hours of the appointment time will incur a $100 cancellation fee.

If a cancellation fee cannot be processed due to a declined card, we kindly ask that you settle the balance before booking your next appointment. These updates allow us to better serve our clients by minimizing last-minute changes and keeping our schedule open for those who need us.

Arriving late to your appointment will deprive you of valuable time allotted for your scheduled treatment. We will do our best to accommodate you under any circumstance. However, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you arrive more than 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time. This will result in a charge per our cancellation policy.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstance.

Aesthetic results vary from person to person, and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for additional treatments needed and recommended home care must be followed to achieve desired results.

Gift Certificate purchases and deposits are nonrefundable. Deposits are valid for 365 days and can be used for all services and products.

Please be completely ready to move forward when booking your service with us. If you’re unsure, book a consultation first. Last-minute cancellations do not allow us time to fill those gaps and affect each of our valued staff members.

A valid credit card on file will still be required if a pre-paid package or gift certificate is being used.

We all love babies and children. However, to provide the highest quality of safety and service, we ask that you please make childcare arrangements to allow for your full treatment time. Children will not be allowed to sit in our waiting room.

We appreciate your understanding.

Although we love puppies and other animals, we ask that you please leave your pet at home. We will not allow pets other than documented service animals to enter our medical facility during your treatment.
