Our Injectable Treatments
Neuromodulators or neurotoxins temporarily relax the muscles responsible for dynamic wrinkles—those lines that form from repeated facial expressions like frowning, squinting, or smiling.
By softening these muscle contractions, neuromodulators can smooth out existing wrinkles and prevent new ones from forming, offering a more youthful and refreshed appearance.
Neuromodulators can address frown lines, forehead wrinkles, and crow’s feet and can even lift brows for a more open, youthful look.
Dermal fillers are designed to restore lost volume and fullness to the face.
Made with hyaluronic acid–a naturally occurring substance in your skin–fillers are injected beneath the skin to help enhance contours, smooth deep-set wrinkles, and add youthful plumpness to areas that have thinned over time.
Fillers can plump lips, smooth smile lines, add volume to cheeks and temples, define the jawline, and even reduce the appearance of under-eye hollows.
Kybella is the only FDA-approved injectable that can dissolve fat under the chin, resulting in a more sculpted chin and neck.
Kybella is a deoxycholic acid formula, a naturally occurring molecule that breaks down and absorbs dietary fat. When injected into submental fat (the area under the chin), the formula can destroy fat cells, preventing them from storing fat again.
Unlike traditional fillers, Sculptra stimulates the body’s natural production of collagen, a protein that provides structure and fullness to the skin. This injectable can help address overall facial volume loss and wrinkles.

Before your Appointment
We have a few guidelines you can follow before your injectable treatment to help us create a comfortable and smooth experience for you.
These suggestions apply to dermal fillers, neuromodulators, Kybella, Sculptra, and all other injectables.
Avoid allergy medication, aspirin, and other anti-inflammatory medications such as ibuprofen. Also, steer clear of prescription blood thinners, fish oil, ginkgo biloba, St. John’s Wort, and high doses of vitamin E for at least 7-10 days before your appointment unless medically necessary.
You may take acetaminophen to alleviate any discomfort if needed.
If you have a history of Herpes Simplex (cold sores), take your prescribed antiviral 72 hours before your injection appointment. We can call in this medication for you if you don’t already have a prescription.
Refrain from dental procedures (including cleanings) for 2 weeks before your procedure.
Arrive with a clean face, free of makeup and heavy creams. You can also come in early and use the facial cleanser we provide.
Eat a small meal or snack before your appointment to maintain stable blood sugar levels during and after the treatment.
Post Care After Your Injectable Treatment
Post-treatment care is a crucial part of protecting and achieving your desired results.
Remember, we’re here to support you throughout your treatment journey. Don’t hesitate to reach out with any concerns, even after business hours. In emergencies, contact us immediately, as we always have a doctor on call to assist you.
Here are some key recommendations to follow.
Watch for warning signs such as extreme swelling, bruising, grey or white spots, pain, purple polka dots, or pustules. Contact us immediately if any of these symptoms occur.
Be aware of the rare possibility of a late-onset nodule (pimple-like bump) forming between 1-7 months post-injection due to an unrelated virus attacking the filler. Reach out to us if this happens.
If you’re prone to cold sores, continue taking the prescribed antiviral starting 72 hours before your treatment to prevent outbreaks, which can affect the filler’s outcome.
Avoid working out or raising your heart rate for neuromodulators and superficial fillers like lips for 24 hours. For deeper fillers in areas like the nose, jaw, and cheeks, avoid for at least 72 hours.
Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before and after your procedure to minimize swelling and bruising.
Swelling and bruising are normal, and oral and topical arnica may help reduce their duration. We offer oral arnica for purchase and recommend getting topical arnica from your local drugstore.
Use ice cubes and cool water placed in a plastic bag to gently soothe treated areas, but never apply ice directly to the skin.
