Cancellation Policy

A valid credit card is required for all clients. Even in the case of a pre paid voucher or a financed package.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy:

We value the business of each and every one of our clients as well as the time of our highly skilled practitioners. Please know all policies are to allow us to provide you the highest level of service to our current and future patients, while also valuing the time of our staff members. My booking your appointment you agree to our policies. 

We require a valid credit card be on file at all times and will collect a NON REFUNDABLE $100 deposit for ALL services without a pre-purchased treatment package or pre-paid voucher. This deposit is to secure the space and protect the time on each technicians calendar. When multiple services are booked, multiple deposits may be necessary. Few services require up to a $500 deposit or full payment 24 hours in advance. All deposits are non refundable and valid for 365 days.

Any appointment that cancels within 48 hours will result in the loss of your deposit. For a pre-paid package, late cancelation fees go as follows:

15 minutes – $50
30-59 minutes – $100
60+ minutes – $200

Any declined cc will result in the loss of the full service scheduled. 

If a client reaches 3 no show/late cancellations, they will then be required to prepay in full for future services at time of booking appointment. The pre-paid amount is nonrefundable if the no-show/cancellation policy is violated. If appointment is rescheduled prior to 48 hours of the appointment time, the amount paid will be credited for future services.

Appointment Policy:

Arriving late to your appointment will deprive you of valuable time allotted for your scheduled treatment. We will do our best to accommodate you under any circumstance however we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if arriving more than 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time. This will result in a charge per our cancellation policy.

No Show Policy:

No show appointments will result in a full charge of the service scheduled. 

Refund Policy:

We do not offer refunds under any circumstance.  Aesthetic results are quite variable from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for additional treatments needed and recommended home care must be followed to achieve desired results. No refund on Gift Certificates purchases. No refunds on deposits. Deposits are valid for use on all services and products for 365 days. 

Please make sure you are fully ready to move forward when booking your service with us. If you’re unsure, book a consultation first. Last-minute cancellations do not allow us time to fill those gaps and effect each of our highly skilled staff members. 

​*Any service equalling less than $100 will require a $50 deposit.
*If a pre paid package or gift certificate is being used, a valid credit card will still be required on file. 

Children Policy:

We all love babies and children, however, in order to provide the highest quality of safety and service, we ask that you please make child care arrangements to allow for your full treatment time. Children will not be allowed to sit in our waiting room. We appreciate your understanding.

Pet Policy:

We love puppies and other animals, however we ask that you please leave your pet at home. We will not allow any pets other than documented service animals to come into our medical facility during your treatment. To avoid any disruption to your treatment, we ask that you please leave all pets at home.
